Let’s go over the important details to keep your pup safe and our service running smoothly.
Vaccines: Required for all pets — safety first!
Photos: We may snap a pic of your pup for social media or promos. Want a copy? Just ask!
Matted Coats: Mats can hide skin issues and removing them may cause minor nicks or irritation. We’ll be gentle, but we’re not pet grooming magicians (well sometimes we are 😊 ) but you accept the risks involved.
Behavior: We’ll try our best, but if your dog is too stressed or aggressive, we may have to stop. A $50 trip fee or full groom fee may apply.
Injuries: We handle pups with love, but grooming tools are sharp and accidents can happen. We’ll administer first aid treatment immediately and let you know. Veterinary bills from matting, old-age, or preexisting conditions will be the responsibility of the owner.
Allergies: Tell us ahead of time if your pet has sensitive skin or any allergies. You’re welcome to provide your own vet-approved products.
Fleas: If we find ‘em, we treat ‘em — $15 flea bath will be added.
Appointments: We are a mobile dog grooming business, so we book in time windows. We will contact you in advance when schedules change beyond our control due to unpredictable situation.
Cancellations: Please cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours ahead. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows = $50 fee or full service charge. the same fee will apply in case we attempt but, for any reason, are unable to groom your pet .
Payments: Due at time of service. We accept cash or cards (fee applies).
Pricing: Based on a well-maintained coat. Extra charges apply for mats, fleas, or excessive grooming needs. We’ll always keep you informed.
